We ship your order from our German warehouses or, in case of high demand, from our international warehouses. Therefore, the average shipping time is:
- Germany 5-8 working days
- Austria 5-8 working days

Can I change or cancel my order later?
You can make subsequent changes to your order within 24 hours. Simply contact our support team.

Cancellation:

- We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Why should I order from you?

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged, please report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering. Within this time, we will cover the cost of a replacement product.

In this case, please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask that you report the damage within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Otherwise, we cannot consider your claim.
